Reporting
Oversight that respects the org chart.
Managers see the compliance position of their own teams: who is up to date, who is not, and what is overdue. That scope is derived from the manager's recorded team assignments on the server — a manager cannot browse to another team's figures, and the totals are computed over exactly the staff they can see.
Administrators see the organisation-wide position, and can export it when a committee or an inspector asks for it on paper.
