Compliance & Acknowledgements
Evidence, not assumption.
“Everybody has read the new policy” is an assumption until you can show it. Regisia records each acknowledgement against a named member of staff and the specific version of the document they acknowledged, with the date and time. The record is designed to be evidence: acknowledgements are written once and cannot be quietly edited or deleted afterwards.
Outstanding acknowledgements are visible to the staff who owe them and to the managers responsible for them, so compliance is worked on continuously rather than reconstructed before an inspection.
What it does
Named, versioned acknowledgements
Who acknowledged what, which version, and when — precisely.
Tamper-resistant records
Acknowledgements are append-only by design; the history cannot be rewritten.
Outstanding-work visibility
Staff see what they owe; managers see what their teams owe.
Deadline tracking
Due and overdue acknowledgements are distinguished clearly, without colour alone carrying the meaning.
Version-aware re-acknowledgement
Publishing a new version can require a fresh acknowledgement — automatically.
