Documents & Policies
The current version, in front of the right people.
A policy that lives in a shared drive is a file. A policy in Regisia is a controlled document: it has a current version, a history, an owner, and a defined audience of sites, teams or roles it applies to. When a new version is published, the right people see it — and you can see who has opened it.
Uploads are scanned before they are stored, and staff can star the documents they return to most, so the library stays useful for daily work as well as for governance.
What it does
Controlled versions
Each document carries its version history; staff always see the current one.
Audience targeting
Publish to the whole organisation, a site, a team or a role — never to everyone by accident.
Read tracking
See who has opened a document, and who has not, without chasing by email.
Malware scanning
Every uploaded file is scanned before it enters the library.
Starred documents
Staff keep their own shortcuts to the documents they use daily.
Bulk import
Bring an existing policy library across without re-uploading it a file at a time.
